• A reward of up to $347,000 is offered for credible information leading to his safe return or the identification of those involved in his disappearance.

• Recent intelligence highlights an increase in labor trafficking and missing persons movement within organized criminal networks.

• There is no confirmed evidence that Sebastian has crossed international borders, but law enforcement, transit hubs, and key facilities must remain vigilant in case he is moved.
